What does coaching include?
The service I provide to you is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, and may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession.
Where are sessions held?
We can meet in person or virtually via a secure Zoom connection. If meeting by Zoom, I will provide the link and calendar invitation.
What can I expect during my sessions?
Sessions focus on your agenda. As your coach, I support your agenda and will discuss and further the goals that you want to achieve. During your session, there may be exercises or actions that you identify and agree to take action on between sessions.
Are my sessions confidential?
As your coach, I promise that all information provided to me will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.
Tell me about your fees.
- I offer 9-session packages at a fixed rate. The evidence bears out that by nine sessions many clients see real progress toward achieving their goals.
- Fees for workshops and retreats are based on individual and group rates.
- Further details on fees and my refund policy are outlined in your Client Agreement.
How do I pay?
- Accepted forms of payment include credit and debit cards, checks, cash, and Zelle®.
- Find Your Way Coaching offers several payment options. These include full one-time payments, two equal-part payments, and a deferral payment plan.
- My payment deferral plan allows clients three months to pay off their debt. Before sessions begin, this is established by opting for fixed monthly payments based on the total amount owed. For the 9-session package, the client would pay the agreed amount for each of the three months until the full debt is paid.
- Clients are strongly encouraged to pay in full at least 24 hours before sessions commence.
- Requests to extend bill due dates must be arranged in person or on the phone at least 24 hours before the due date. As a courtesy, clients will receive written confirmation of any extensions via email to avoid future disputes about their account status.
